Infographic: Internships Survey and 2013 Internship Trends

The results are in. Internships.com surveyed over 7,300 students and recent graduates and over 300 companies to uncover how students and employers really feel about internships. We looked back at the 2012 internships season and forward to 2013 and are excited to share our results with you today:

53% of companies plan to hire more interns in 2013 than they did in 2012 – amazing news as students begin searching for their summer 2013 internships! We reveal the most important qualities employers consider when hiring an intern, the supply and demand of the internships market, and data on virtual internships, compensation, and more.

I would love a paid internship in either a Hospital or Federal, State, or City Position regards to health, wellness, and fitness (i.e. coaching, counseling, fitness trainer, etc).
